Blue and Gold Banquet
Background The Blue & Gold banquet is our annual awards banquet for Pack 39 scouts and their families, and it is a time for families to come together and honor the efforts and achievements of their Scouts during the past year. There is a delicious Papasito's mexican dinner and cake for dessert (provided courtesy of the Pack). Scouts should come dressed in full uniform with their Bragging Vests. Scouts receive Rank advancements and other awards that they have earned. We also often use the Blue & Gold banquet as a time to reflect upon our achievements, the fun we have had, and the services we have provided to our community. We will use the Blue and Gold Banquet to highlight community service opportunities and announce the charitable donations the Pack has made based on our highly profitable Popcorn Sale. Please check with your den leader for more details about the banquet as its date approaches. They will need a headcount for the number of people in your family (adults and kids), so that we can order the correct amount of food.
2008 Blue & Gold Banquet Details Our
