Bridge Point Carnival Set-up and Cleanup
Background Since Bridge Point is our sponsoring organization, we feel that it is important to do something for the school. One important way we support our school is set up before and cleanup after the Bridge Point Carnival. Pack 39 is largely responsible for the setup and clean-up of this event and we need volunteers! Cub scouts participating in setup/cleanup should wear their yellow Pack 39 shirts if at all possible. Saturday set up - 7:00 AM Duties include helping Decorations committee, set up tables for booths, move signs, get equipment out of storage , set up tents, Assist booth coordinators as needed.Saturday clean up - 3:00 PM Duties include moving equipment and signs back in to storage, take down tents, assist booth coordinators as needed. Cub Scouts will meet at the flag pole & we will have garbage bags for distribution. The boys will pick up all the litter. Dads will be conscripted to put away some of the heavier items, such as tables and booths. It should take about half an hour to possibly an hour to clean up.
